Today was October’s first day of Kindergarten! We did homeschool work in the morning and then she went to school (the Family Learning Center) for her once a week, 3-hour block of kindergarten. There are five kids in her class. This morning, she bounded out of her room in her dress for school but was shy and hid behind me when she met her teacher. While she is in class, me, Scarlett & Lavender hang out in the commons area, played outside and played within the play room they have on campus. During her kindergarten class, they cover Math the first hour, Reading/Writing the second hour and the last hour rotates between art/music/social studies. It was art today. On Monday’s she’ll have a science class for one hour as well.
