We went camping again this weekend. It was a very nice weekend. We went “tubing” down the river with October. We ended up getting a boat raft and I rode in that with her and Jeff went down the river in his pool lounger. It was about an hour float and October slept most of the time, although she did jump a bit when we went through some rapids and the cold water splashed in the boat adn got her feet wet… that was a bit shocking for her. The plan was to meet out friends at the put-in spot and float the river together… they were tubing with a tubing company. But it turned out that the tubing company put them in at a different location and they ended up on a 5 hour float trip and we only met up at the take-out point after waiting there for quite awhile (we waited at the put-in point for an hour thinking they were just running late before we figured out that they must have been put-in at a different location).

The weather at night was cold, but this time I packed more warm clothes for her and had a winter bunting suit for her to sleep in. Although the 0-3 month sleepers I brought turned out to be a bit small and they were straining to keep her in them. And it was the first time she worn one of the sleepers becuase I had thought it was running big ! I guess I’m feeding her well!
